- Condition: All items are as is, where is and with all faults. Inspection is the responsibility of the Buyer.
- Open Inspection / Viewing Days: Friday May 7, 2021 12PM-3:00PM and Friday May 14, 2021 12PM-3:00PM.
- Location: Indiana University of Pennsylvania, 650 S. 13th Street, Indiana, PA 15705.
- Removal: Monday thru Friday (8:30AM - 3:00PM) BY APPOINTMENT ONLY!
- Appointments for vehicle pick up MUST be made in advance as ALL title transfers will need to be done near our location prior to pick up. The winning Buyer must provide a valid I.D. and must be present at the time of pick-up or provide their transport company with a notarized document claiming that the signor has authorization to sign on behalf of the new title holder.
- Shipping and removal are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. Buyer is responsible for all costs related to transporting the item. No exceptions will be considered.
- Forklift assistance and loading dock are available if needed. Buyers must have liability insurance in case of any damage.

Packaging, shipping and removal are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. Buyer is responsible for all costs related to transporting the item.
Employees may not aid in the removal process unless forklift is required..
No exceptions will be considered.
Removal: Pick-up days / times are announced in the terms of each auction. Forklift assistance and loading dock are available if needed. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to remove the items. The Buyer must have liability insurance in case of any damage.
All items not removed by the 10th business day removal deadline will be deemed abandoned and may be disposed of or resold by Indiana University of PA.
