The thermal remediation plant has a capacity of 150 tons per day at 15% water content and 25% hydrocarbon content. It is a stationary indirect-fired thermal desorption heated screw plant. Soil discharge temperature is 500 degrees Fahrenheit.

Plant is located in Arnegard, ND.

Plant was manufactured in 2014, operated for six months in 2015-2016, and has remained inactive since.

One Therma-Flite 48D-35-7 dryer train and Therma-Flite twin screw solid flite ash cooler. Includes feed system, condensing system, controls, boiler, chiller, cooler, pumps, etc. Complete operational thermal unit. Maintenance and operational manuals available upon request.
