- All bids cannot be retracted and are binding until 2 business days after the auction ends. Failure to make full payment will result in a Default Fee.
- For Buyers in the United States IronPlanet hereby notifies you that the consigners of certain pieces of Equipment may have assigned to a qualified intermediary their rights, but not their obligations, for purposes of effecting a deferred Like-Kind Exchange under section 1031 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, and applicable regulations.

Shipping & Pick Up Details
- Buyer is responsible for all costs related to transporting the item.
- Item must be picked up within 8 business days of the auction, or the buyer will incur storage charges.
Failure to follow these terms may result in the seller turning away the attempt of your driver to pick up the purchased item(s).

Pick-up Instructions: Pick-up hours are Monday to Thursday from 9AM to 4PM (excluding Holidays). Please notice us at least 24 hours in the advance. Please send the BOL and Item Release Form to pickup@cheryindustrial.com. Pick-up Instructions: 1. If you pick up by yourself, we need to check your photo ID if it matches on the item release. 2. If you request family or friends to help you to pick up, we need you to email us the item release and the name of the person by your email on the item release. And then we will check the pick up person's ID when he goes to pick up. 3. If you request a third party logistic company to help you to pick up the item, we need you to email us the item release form and the bill of lading from the logistic company by your email on the item release.
