Removal Note: You MUST show up during your scheduled appointment only and bring an appropriate vehicle for pick up. The entire lot must be picked up at one time - NO partial removals or rescheduling. A HARD COPY of the Item Release Form MUST be presented to the storage location at the time of removal. No exceptions. The removal deadline is (10) calendar days from the SALE DATE. NO disassembly or disposal permitted at the location. No removal assistance is available.

- Any item that is not picked up within the (10) ten calendar days of the auction date, the item will be considered abandoned and re-sold by the Commonwealth of PA. All abandonments are non-refundable.
- Buyer is required to remove ALL purchased items from the seller’s location by the removal deadline. Failure to do so may result in the buyer being assessed fees in the amount of $50.00 (USD) per day by the Seller and/or the Company. Any storage fees owed must be paid directly by the buyer and are the buyer's sole responsibility. Unclaimed items beyond the removal deadline are considered forfeiture.
- Items auctioned are for pickup only.
- Packaging, shipping and removal are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. Buyer is responsible for all costs related to transporting the item.
- Employees may not aid in the removal process.
- No exceptions will be considered.
