Removal Deadline: Item must be removed on Monday, June 10th through Wednesday, June 19th (7:30AM - 2:00PM EST). Gates lock at 3:00PM EST. Closed on the weekends, no weekend loadouts.
Loading assistance is available at this location by loader but note that this location does not have a loading dock or loading ramp. Detachable trailers, Landolls, ramps, rollbacks, etc. are required.
Title Transfers (Conveyed by Seller): Titles will be transferred onsite during June 12th and June 13th removal dates only from (8:00AM - 2:00PM EST). After 2:00PM on June 13th, all other titles will be mailed from the Commonwealth's office in Harrisburg, PA after removal has been confirmed. Please allow approximately two weeks for titles to be mailed. Out of State Buyers will NOT be able to obtain in-transit/one way permit tags at this location.

Payment Details
- Within 7 days after the auction, the buyer must submit full payment, including applicable taxes and fees to avoid late fees.
- This item is subject to Pennsylvania sales tax.
- Payment can be made by wire transfer (recommended) or credit card (additional fee will apply).
- For eligible items, a Standard Form 97 (SF 97) or Transferable titling document will be sent to the buyer by express mail or similar service. Typically buyers will receive their SF 97 within 30 business days, although it can take up to 60 Business days, from the date the buyer takes possession of the item. Transferable titling documents typically take up to 30 business days after receipt of the SF 97. Buyer is responsible for vehicle registration.
- We do not guarantee current registration or that this item will meet local emission requirements. Titles/titling docs may be delayed due to extended processing times at DMV.
- All bids cannot be retracted and are binding until 2 business days after the auction ends. Failure to make full payment will result in a Default Fee.

Shipping & Pick Up Details
SPECIFIC REMOVAL DATES ONLY: Item must be removed on Monday, June 10th through Wednesday, June 19th (7:30AM - 2:00PM EST). Please call ahead at least 24 hours in advance. Gates lock at 3pm EST sharp. No weekend loadouts available, site is closed on weekends. All items must be picked up by Wed., June 19, 2019. All items not picked up within this time-frame may be deemed abandoned, charged storage fees and/or resold by the Commonwealth of PA. Buyer or transport company must bring hard copy of Item Release Form.
- Removal Note: Buyer or transport company must bring a copy of the GovPlanet Item Release Form to authorize the release of any item. Anyone entering Department property either to inspect or pick up equipment must wear face covering at all times and practice social distancing. No loading dock or ramps are available onsite. Buyer must come prepared with appropriate equipment to handle removal of item(s). Detachable trailers, Landoll trailers, ramps, rollbacks, etc. may be required. Loading assistance is available at the yard manager’s discretion. Buyer is responsible for obtaining all necessary hauling permits. Location will not assist with removing attachments from units. Yard gates open at 7:30AM and close promptly at 3:00PM EST. Trucks for pick-up must be in the yard by this time.
- No weekend loadouts available. Please bring hard copy of Item Release Form. All items must be picked up on the posted removal days ONLY.
- Any item that is not picked up by the posted removal deadline on the listing page(s), the item will be considered abandoned and re-sold by the Commonwealth of PA. Storage/other fees will be assessed. All abandonments are non-refundable.
- Items auctioned are for pickup only. United Parcel Service (UPS) is not an acceptable method of removal for any item.
- Packaging, shipping and removal are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. Buyer is responsible for all costs related to transporting the item.
- No exceptions will be considered.
