  • The unit was involved in an RTA in which a third party impacted the front drivers side. All brush gears were ripped off and the back of the sweeper is heavily impacted. The unit was driven back to the current location after the incident. Please see the attached photos for a visual indication of condtion

    The location have advised that the unit does not start and run. They do however have a telehandler and can assist if required with pushing the unit onto the buyers low loader.

    Condition After the lot closes, the Seller will decide either to accept or reject the high bid. If the Seller accepts, an invoice will be issued and the lot will transact. If the Seller rejects, the Buyer will be notified and there will be no sale. A Seller award decision is expected within 2 business days of the close date.
    Removal (i) This Item is being sold AS IS WHERE IS. NO customs, export, or import assistance is available from our Company, the Seller, or the Storage Location. Our Company, Seller, and Storage Location expressly disclaim the appropriateness of this item to be exported from, or imported to, any country. Shipping, logistics, transportation, loading, customs, export, and import activities, and all associated costs, are the sole responsibility of the Winning Buyer.
    Removal (ii) Buyers are required to examine all items prior to removing from the location. If the items differs significantly from how it was represented in the lot description, the Buyer must contact Customer Care before removing.
    Removal (iii) Removal Deadline: 8 days after the invoice is generated. Unclaimed items beyond the removal deadline are subject to additional fees and forfeiture unless the winning buyer makes specific arrangements with the storage location.
    Extended Bidding In the event that a bid is placed in the last 3 minutes of the auction close time, then the auction will be subject to 3 minutes extended bidding until there are no bids for a full 3 minutes.
